Saute Vegetables With Sweet Potatoes

2 sweet potatoes
1 big sweet onion, sliced
3 – 7 cloves garlic, crushed
1 tsp rosemary
3 tbsp. coconut oil
Salt to taste
Black pepper to taste
In a large skillet warm the coconut oil over medium heat. Add the squash, zucchini, onion, and garlic, and season with salt and pepper. Cover and let cook, stirring occasionally, about 8-10 minutes or until tender, but not mushy.
