1.5 cup Greek yogurt
¼ cup Azafran’s Extra Virgin Olive Oil infused with garlic
1 tbsp mint; chopped
1 tbsp dill
Koshar salt to taste
Add the Greek yogurt, olive oil and salt together in a bowl. Blend well.
Cover and refrigerate for 12 hours.
