Gluten-free, fast and healthy recipe of fish tacos. Plain yogurt may substitute sour cream and lettuce can be added instead of cabbage.What about the fish? Any flaky, white fish will do. Don’t worry.
500 gms boneless & skinless tilapia fillets, cut into 2-inch pieces
3/4 cup sour cream
Olive oil, salt and pepper
2 tablespoons fresh salsa
12 corn or flour tortillas
1 1/2 cups shredded cabbage
Cilantro, lime & avocado (for garnishing)
- Place the fish on a baking sheet, sprinkle salt and pepper and drizzle
with olive oil. Broil for about 10 minutes.
- Mix sour cream with salsa.
- Fill the tortillas with the fish, top with shredded cabbage, sour cream
