Brown rice with veggies
Looking for healthy brown rice recipes, that all also gluten-free and vegan, then this one is not to be missed. Make tasty variations by adding any leftover protein like shrimp or chicken.
Ingredients
1 cup cooked rice
1 cup mixed vegetables.
Garlic, chilli pepper & parsley, chopped
1 teaspoon coconut oil
1/3 cup tamari (soy sauce)
Preparation
- Cook the rice.
- Boil water in a pan and add the veggies. Cook for 2 minutes. Set aside.
- Heat the oil, add garlic, chilli pepper and parsley. Cook over high heat for 2 minutes.
- Add the vegetables, rice and the tamari. Cook for about 1 or 2 minutes.
