The best thing about this dish is that one can have it along with Naan, Rice or just all by itself.
1 Cup Different Coloured Bell Peppers
1 Cup Diced Paneer
1 Byte Size Chopped Tomato
1 Finely Chopped Onion
1 Teaspoon Cumin seeds
1/2 Teaspoon Nigella seeds
1 Tablespoon Thin Sliced Ginger
3 Cloves of Finely Chopped Garlic
1 Tablespoon Finely Chopped Green Chili
- Heat the pan, add 3 tablespoons Oil and add cumin seeds, nigella seeds when oil is hot.
- Then after add ginger, garlic, and onion. Let the onions turn slightly golden brown and then add chillies and salt to it. Add bell peppers to the mixture and let it cook.
- In the end add paneer along with mixed spices or oregano. The dish is ready.
- Serve it by adding extra virgin olive on top of it!
