Chocolate dessert cups
End your celebration with a sweet note. This bite sized dessert will satisfy your sweet tooth without getting the heaviness of chocolate. Real simple to make, meaning you’ll get plenty of time to focus on your better half.

100 gms dark or white chocolate, chopped
4 small water balloons
½ cup heavy cream
Fresh berries, as required for filling (raspberries, blackberries, strawberries, or blueberries)
Melt the chopped chocolate in a double boiler over hot water till it becomes a smooth sauce. Let it cool to room temperature.
Inflate the balloons to 10cms diameter and knot it.
Hold the balloons by knot, and dip them in the melted chocolate till half way. Place the balloons; knotted side up on a wax paper lined baking sheet. Keep in freezer for 10 minutes.
Deflate the balloons, peel it away carefully from the dessert cups and refrigerate till required. Tastes best, if used the same day.
Just before serving, take it out from a freezer and fill it with fresh berries. Ice cream or sorbet can also be used.
Shooters with a twist Fill the chocolate cups with a liqueur-like Vodka, Amaretto, or Irish Cream and create delightful chocolate shooters. Edible shot glasses!
