Ingredients for Chamomile Panna Cotta
2 cups fresh cream
1 cup whole milk
½ cup organic sugar
¼ cup extra virgin olive oil
4 tablespoons dried chamomile
1 tablespoon gelatin powder
2 tablespoons water
1 tablespoon vanilla extract
Preparation for Chamomile Panna Cotta
Boil milk, cream, vanilla extract and organic sugar in a saucepan till sugar gets completely dissolved.
Add chamomile to the mix, steep for 10 minutes and strain through a cheesecloth.
Now add the olive oil to the cream mix and blend thoroughly in a blender.
In another bowl add water and sprinkle gelatin on top. Heat slowly till it dissolves. Add this to the bowl of cream mixture and blend well.
Pour into ramekin and chill in the refrigerator for 3 hours; preferably overnight.
Turn out onto a dish, decorate with fresh berries and serve.
