Coconut Banana Cupcakes

Ok, so it’s CUPCAKE O’Clock, let’s get started…
1/4 cup coconut oil
1 cup coconut flour (Or all purpose flour)
1/2 tsp nutmeg (Jaayaphal)
1/4 cup coconut milk
1/4 cup raw honey
1 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp vanilla
1 cup crispy walnuts and almonds
first of all Preheat oven to 375 F. and Blend all the ingredients well i.e. Coconut flour, eggs, bananas, coconut milk, coconut oil, honey, cinnamon, nutmeg, vanilla, salt, walnuts and almonds. Put cupcake liners in the muffin tin, and fill each one nearly full. Bake For 15-20 minutes, or Since until a toothpick inserted in center of cupcake comes out clean.
