Coconut Banana Cupcakes

Ok, so it’s CUPCAKE O’Clock, let’s get started…
1/4 cup coconut oil
1 cup coconut flour (Or all purpose flour)
1/2 tsp nutmeg (Jaayaphal)
1/4 cup coconut milk
1/4 cup raw honey
1 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp vanilla
1 cup crispy walnuts and almonds
Preheat oven to 375°F
Blend all the ingredients; coconut flour, eggs, bananas, coconut milk, coconut oil, honey, cinnamon, nutmeg, vanilla, salt, walnuts and almonds.
Add cupcake liners in the muffin tin, and fill each one nearly full.
Bake For 15-20 minutes, till a toothpick inserted in centre of cupcake and comes out clean.
Let it cool completely before removing.
